再用centre和那pt的距離找出radius...

找centre方法有很多...
由兩條線與點的最短距離相等...
或是線與點和點與點的距離相等...
甚至兩條線的距離的中心點也行...

不過你沒圖也難以解釋用啥方法...:hug:

Let x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0 be the formula
搵兩條equation of st. line perpendicular to 兩條tangent
再搵佢地ge intersection pt.就係centre
現在只差F
代個pt入去x 同 y

besides SLOPE, wt property of the straight line you mentioned could be found...
and hence how you can find their intersection pt -_-
