電腦的英文問題

有人能替我解釋以下交字嗎?

-From the start button, go to "Settings" and then click on "Control Panel".
-Open the "Multimedia" control panel.  
-Click on the Audio tab.  
-Click the "Advanced Properties" button to open the "Advanced Audio Properties" dialog.  
-Click the "Performance" tab.  
-Drag the "Hardware Acceleration" slider all the way to the left ("None").
-Click okay in both dialogs.  You should now be able to play with sound.

開始→控制台→聲音、語音、和音訊裝置→聲音及音訊裝置→進階(於喇叭設定)→效能→硬體加速BAR移到最左(無)→確定。
