X is the north pole. So that the direction of magnetic field is flow from Y to X. It causes the compass pointing to the left.

By using Rigth Hand XXXXX rule (sry forget the name orz), the current is flow from Q to P
So that P is -ve

since the force acting on both the two wire are equal, resultant magnetic force = 0
by using Fleming's left hand rule, the coil should be rotated in the clockwise direction

only wrong 2 MC, flexor ......
just finish the whole paper orz......
