the shortened form of 'because' should be"'cause  ".
'cause' has a different meaning....

      I was late 'causeI missed the bus.

it's normally seen in junior books and fictions.

DUH!!!!!!!! let me say it again.....cause might be a shortened word of because......is that ok know?

And "Coz" and "because" is just the same meaning just "coz" is a word use in the internet or usually use in messenger or shortened form of "cause"(man!!!! people are even lazy to type cause)
