唔好意思呀....各位~~~我想問一個問題?

如果英文卡o個招後面括住"(not even damage),即係點解....例如佢話:
Flip two coins.For each heads,choose 1 energy card attached to the defending pokemon,if any, and discard it. If both are tails, this attack does nothing(not even damage)..........咁我兩個都擲唔中正面,o個招o既攻擊力係咪照樣有效?

攻擊傷害+效果一齊冇
